Mirror Work
The 21-day Mirror Work Course is a powerful, transformative program based on the teachings of Louise Hay, a renowned author, speaker, and pioneer in the field of self-help and personal development. The course is designed to help individuals develop awareness of their negative beliefs, understand how limiting beliefs and ideas are the cause of illness, release old emotions, change their thinking, and improve the quality of their lives.
The course is divided into 21 days, each of which focuses on a specific aspect of mirror work. Mirror work involves looking at yourself in a mirror and saying positive affirmations and statements to yourself. The goal of mirror work is to change the patterns that exist in the subconscious mind, which in turn can help to relieve psychological, physical, and mental issues.

Program Sessions
Ocuses on loving yourself
This is the foundation of the entire program, as it is impossible to make progress if you do not have a positive relationship with yourself. Participants are guided through a series of mirror work exercises and affirmations designed to help them develop self-love and acceptance.
Making your mirror your friend
This involves learning to see yourself in a positive light and treating yourself with kindness and compassion. Participants learn to use their reflection as a tool for self-reflection and self-love.
Monitoring your self-talk
Our thoughts have a powerful effect on our emotions and behaviors, and many of us have a tendency to be self-critical or negative in our self-talk. On this day, participants learn to identify and challenge negative self-talk and replace it with positive affirmations.
Letting go of your past
Many of us carry emotional baggage from past experiences, which can hold us back from living our best lives. Participants learn to use mirror work to release negative emotions and memories and move forward with a positive mindset.
Building your self-esteem
Low self-esteem can prevent us from achieving our goals and living our best lives. Participants are guided through exercises and affirmations to help them build confidence and self-esteem.
Releasing your inner critic
Our inner critic is the voice inside our head that tells us we are not good enough or that we will fail. Participants learn to use mirror work to silence their inner critic and replace negative self-talk with positive affirmations.
Review of the first week
where participants reflect on their progress and celebrate their successes.
Loving your inner child
Our inner child is the part of us that holds onto past hurts and traumas. Participants learn to use mirror work to heal their inner child and develop a positive, nurturing relationship with themselves.
Loving your inner child
This day builds on the previous day’s work and helps participants to deepen their connection with their inner child.
Loving your body and healing your pain
Many of us have negative beliefs and emotions about our bodies, which can lead to physical and emotional pain. Participants learn to use mirror work to release these negative beliefs and emotions and develop a positive relationship with their bodies.
Feeling good and releasing your blocks
Negative emotions such as anger, fear, and resentment can block us from feeling good and living our best lives. Participants learn to use mirror work to release these emotions and open themselves up to positive experiences.
Overcoming your fear

Starting your day with love
Participants learn to use mirror work as part of their morning routine to set a positive tone for the day.
Loving Yourself
you will take a moment to review the progress you have made during the second week of the mirror work course. This is an opportunity to celebrate your successes, acknowledge the challenges you have faced, and reflect on the changes you have experienced in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. By reviewing your journey so far, you can gain valuable insights and renew your commitment to loving yourself more fully.
Forgiving Yourself and Those Who Have Hurt You
you will explore the transformative power of forgiveness. Forgiveness is a process of letting go of the pain, resentment, and anger that you may be holding towards yourself or others. By forgiving yourself and others, you can release the negative emotions that block your joy and creativity, and open your heart to love and healing. This day will guide you through a meditation and forgiveness exercise to help you cultivate compassion, empathy, and forgiveness towards yourself and others.
Healing Your Relationships
you will learn how to heal your relationships with others by first healing your relationship with yourself. When you love and accept yourself fully, you can relate to others from a place of authenticity, respect, and empathy. This day will focus on the importance of healthy communication, active listening, and boundary setting in building fulfilling relationships. You will also learn how to use affirmations and visualizations to attract positive and harmonious relationships into your life.
Living Stress-Free
you will explore ways to reduce stress and cultivate inner peace in your daily life. Stress is a common experience that can negatively impact your physical, emotional, and mental health. By learning practical techniques to manage stress, such as deep breathing, meditation, and positive self-talk, you can improve your well-being and enjoy life more fully. This day will also provide you with tools and resources to create a stress-free environment at home and work, and develop a positive mindset towards stressors.
Focuses on receiving your prosperity
The mirror exercise for this day is to look into the mirror and say, “I deserve the best, and I accept it now. All my needs and desires are met even before I ask.” This exercise helps to shift our mindset from one of lack to one of abundance. Many people believe that they do not deserve to receive good things in life, but this exercise helps to change that belief and attract more abundance into their lives.
Cultivating an attitude of gratitude
The mirror exercise for this day is to look into the mirror and say, “I am so grateful for all the good in my life. I am thankful for everything I have, and I know that more good is on its way.” This exercise helps us to focus on the positive aspects of our lives and appreciate the good that is already present. It also helps us to attract more good things into our lives by shifting our focus from the negative to the positive.
Teaching mirror work to children
The mirror exercise for this day is to sit with a child and ask them to look into a mirror and say, “I love you. You are special, and you are loved.” This exercise helps children to develop self-love and self-esteem from an early age. By learning to love themselves, children are better equipped to deal with the challenges and difficulties that they may face later in life.
Final day of the 21-day mirror work course
The mirror exercise for this day is to look into the mirror and say, “I love and accept myself exactly as I am. I am perfect just the way I am.” This exercise helps us to recognize that we are enough just as we are and that we do not need to change to be loved and accepted. By accepting ourselves, we can also accept others and the world around us, leading to a more peaceful and fulfilling life.
